The detailed description of the conceptual basis and development of the interRAI suite was recently published in the BMC Health Services Research journal. The paper was prepared by members of the Instrument and Systems Development (ISD) committee. A companion piece, lead by John Hirdes, which presented the findings of the initial field studies, was also published recently.
